Every year the same question: “Are we doing anything before the holidays?” If you’re not asking yourself, rest assured your team is!
November, December, and January are also peak crunch times, leaving little time for meaningful connection.
That’s why we’re releasing three (boom!) activities to help keep your team connected:
One-on-Ones
Holiday Spirit
Memorable Moments
You can incorporate these activities into your holiday event or schedule standalone sessions in the coming weeks. Get notified about the release by submitting your email below.
1. 🧑🎄🎅 Holiday Spirit: A fun way to share your holiday stories
With Holiday Spirit, your team guesses holiday facts about each other. It’s an engaging way to start conversations and share your favorite holiday memories with each other.
You can incorporate Holiday Spirit into your holiday events, e.g., as an icebreaker or for winding down your event. (Or just use any December day as an excuse to feel festive with your team. You make the rules.)
We’ll share images of Holiday Spirit as soon as they’re ready.
2. 🌟 Memorable Moments: It’s an end-of-year journey
Memorable Moments combines the best things about end-of-year events: Cracking up together, snapping team pictures, and reflecting on your ups and downs.
Gomada guides you through these moments, allowing everyone (including the organizer) to enjoy the session instead of adding more stress when you least need it.
This is what Memorable Moments will look like:
3. 👯♂️ One-on-ones: Simple connections we rarely make time for
As managers, we’re used to checking in with our team regularly. But your team typically doesn’t have one-on-one meetings with each other - it would blow up their calendars.
Our one-on-one activity (after much thought, named “1:1”) helps you facilitate these conversations with one click instead of creating them individually or asking your team to do so.
Get notified when activities go live
If you think this is for you, we'll send you an email as soon as the features are available. You can register below.
